 Walking and Talking Club starting 1/8/09We have a new club for Middle School Students! It is the Walking and Talking Club. Walking is fun! It reduces stress, helps you sleep more, gives you more energy and manages your weight. This is a great chance to just walk and talk with your friends! For more info, click here for the flyer!!
